T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n lezzetlerinden yaprak sarmas\u0131n\u0131n ana malzemesi olan \u00fcz\u00fcm yapra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zenle toplan\u0131yor. Tek tek toplanan ba\u011f yapraklar\u0131 salamura yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere ha\u015flanarak bidonlara bas\u0131l\u0131yor. G\u00f6k\u00e7eli beldesinde ba\u011f yapra\u011f\u0131 toplayan kad\u0131nl\u0131 erkekli \u00e7ift\u00e7iler belde ekonomisine katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ankara, \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Samsun gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerden talep g\u00f6ren ba\u011f yapra\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye \u00f6nemli girdi sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l kilosu 30 liraya kadar \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u011f yapra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kilosunun bu sene 50 liraya kadar \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6k\u00e7eli Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Koyuncu, alt\u0131n sar\u0131s\u0131 yapra\u011f\u0131n G\u00f6k\u00e7eli&#8217;nin simgesi oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cHava \u015fartlar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bu sene hasad\u0131m\u0131z May\u0131s sonuna kald\u0131. G\u00f6k\u00e7eli&#8217;de May\u0131s ortas\u0131nda ba\u015flayan yaprak hasad\u0131m\u0131z bu sene tabii ya\u011fmurlar \u00e7ok ya\u011fd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in biraz ge\u00e7 kald\u0131. Yani yapraklar yeni uzamaya ve eri\u015fkin olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131 bu sebeple Haziran ay\u0131na kald\u0131. Bunun y\u00fcksek bir k\u0131sm\u0131 \u0130stanbul, Ankara, \u0130zmir gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlere sat\u0131l\u0131yor bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 da insanlar kendi evlerinde yemek i\u00e7in, e\u015fine, dostuna hediyelik yaparlar. Toplanan yapraklar, bidonlara bas\u0131l\u0131yor, salamura \u015feklinde sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, i\u015fte naylon 40 kiloluk \u00e7uvallarda onlara basarlar, bunlarla da toptan satanlar oluyor. Ge\u00e7en sene son zamanlarda kilosu 30 liraya kadar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131, bu sene hen\u00fcz piyasas\u0131 olu\u015fmad\u0131 ama tahminimce 30 liradan ba\u015flar ve 50 liraya kadar \u00e7\u0131kar zannediyorum. Sonu\u00e7ta maksat yapra\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 dolmam\u0131z\u0131, sarmam\u0131z\u0131 tan\u0131tmak vatanda\u015f\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek, amac\u0131m\u0131z bu. Yapraklar\u0131 120 kiloluk varillere salamura yap\u0131yoruz, salamura yapt\u0131ktan sonra t\u00fcccarlar\u0131m\u0131z geliyor ve yapra\u011f\u0131m\u0131z al\u0131yor. \u0130stanbul, Ankara, Eski\u015fehir nereden talep varsa oraya sat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu sene verim rand\u0131man \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek, kalite y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de y\u00fcksek, lakin biraz ge\u00e7 kald\u0131k. Hava ko\u015fullar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ge\u00e7en sene bundan 20 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce birinci mahsul bittiydi, \u015fu anda birinci mahsule anca ba\u015flad\u0131k anca bitiriyoruz. Yani s\u0131cak g\u00fcne\u015f olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m ama bu sene ya\u011f\u0131\u015f bol oldu s\u0131cak fazla olmad\u0131 onun i\u00e7in mahsul 20 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7 ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bizim beldemizin yapra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bu kadar \u00f6zel ve lezzetli olmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi arazi ko\u015fullar\u0131d\u0131r. Mesela bizim arazilerimiz normalde ikindi vaktinden sonra g\u00fcne\u015f almaz \u00f6\u011fleden sonra g\u00fcne\u015f biter buralarda o y\u00fczden yaprak sertle\u015fmez yumu\u015fak olur ve \u00e7abuk pi\u015fer biraz da di\u011fer yapraklara g\u00f6re mayho\u015flu\u011fu vard\u0131r.
