(55), e\u015fi G\u00fclten G. ve o\u011flu Mert G. ile yol verme konusunda tart\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fad\u0131. Ya\u015fanan tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kavgaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin ard\u0131ndan Ahmet Kay\u0131s\u0131 b\u0131\u00e7akla kar\u0131n b\u00f6lgesinden yaralan\u0131rken G\u00fclten G. ise kafas\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sopa darbesiyle yaraland\u0131. \u00c7evrede bulunan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ihbar\u0131 \u00fczerine olay yerine 112 sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekipleri sevk edildi. Olay yerinde yap\u0131lan ilk m\u00fcdahalenin ard\u0131ndan Ahmet Kay\u0131s\u0131, Tokat Devlet Hastanesi\u2019ne kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken G\u00fclten G. Tokat Gaziosmanpa\u015fa \u00dcniversite Hastanesi\u2019ne kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Tokat Devlet Hastanesi\u2019ne kald\u0131r\u0131lan Ahmet Kay\u0131s\u0131 hastanede yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere ra\u011fmen kurtar\u0131lamad\u0131. Kay\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131n otopsinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan cenazesinin memleketi \u015eanl\u0131urfa\u2019ya g\u00f6nderilece\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.
