Karar, Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla kabul edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daha \u00f6nce Semerkant, Kabe-i Mescit, Cami-i Kebir ve Erenler Mahallelerini etkileyen Kaledibi Kentsel Risk Alan\u0131, 2013 tarihinde Bakanlar Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan Afet Riskli Alan olarak ilan edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaledibi Riskli Alan\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 709195 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakan Olur\u2019u ile Ankara Mahallesi \u00e7evre yolu kenar\u0131nda bulunan b\u00f6lge Rezerv Yap\u0131 Alan\u0131 olarak ilan edilmi\u015fti. Bu kapsamda Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere yakla\u015f\u0131k 480 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck alanda s\u0131ras\u0131yla hali haz\u0131r harita, imar plan\u0131na esas jeolojik et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Belediye Meclisinin ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde yap\u0131lan oturumunda da imar plan\u0131 oy \u00e7oklu\u011fu ile onayland\u0131.
