Tokat&#8217;a getirilen cinayet zanl\u0131s\u0131 ile birlikte \u015f\u00fcpheliler M.D. (24) ile M.G. (21), olaya yard\u0131m ve yatakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen 2&#8217;si kad\u0131n 10 ki\u015fi Tokat Adliyesine \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130fade i\u015flemleri tamamlanan \u015fahs\u0131lar n\u00f6bet\u00e7i mahkemeye sevk edildi. Cinayet zanl\u0131s\u0131 Taner M. tutuklanarak \u00c7aml\u0131bel T Tipi Cezaevi&#8217;ne g\u00f6nderildi. Olay\u0131n \u015f\u00fcphelileri olan di\u011fer \u015fah\u0131slar ise adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131 ile serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olay\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erenler Mahallesi&#8217;nde iki g\u00fcn \u00f6nce ak\u015fam saatlerinde meydana gelen olayda. Taner M. arkada\u015flar\u0131 M.D. (24) ve M.G. (21) ile evinde alkol ald\u0131. Taner M. daha sonra evine \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 arkada\u015f\u0131 Erol \u00d6nc\u00fc ile tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. Evin bah\u00e7esinde ya\u015fanan kavgada av t\u00fcfe\u011finden \u00e7\u0131kan sa\u00e7malar\u0131n isabet etti\u011fi \u00d6nc\u00fc, a\u011f\u0131r yaraland\u0131.
